Guest Experience Host (Operations) LEGOLAND Discovery Center ColumbusCandidates must be able to work two weekdays and one weekend day each week.

What You'll Do:

Bring the Energy – Be enthusiastic, confident, and showcase Merlin Values in every guest interaction.

Create Memorable Moments – Seek out opportunities to engage with guests and spread fun throughout the attraction.

Keep Experiences Running Smoothly – Help manage queues and maintain a safe, organized environment for all guests.

Keep It Guest-Ready – Ensure public areas are clean, tidy, stocked, and ready to impress.

Support Daily Operations – Follow opening and closing procedures to help keep the attraction running like magic.


About You

  • 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!

  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.

  • Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.

  • Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.

  • Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
