Inner Magic Counseling, LLC invites dedicated mental health professionals to apply for the role of Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In this full-time remote position, you will be an integral member of our collaborative mental health team providing outpatient therapy to a diverse population of clients. • Provide direct individual and group therapy sessions to clients, applying advanced therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain diligent and timely documentation of client progress and therapy interventions, adhering to agency and licensing standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during treatment planning and consultations, actively participating in meetings to drive effective treatment and ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Engage in on-unit programming and contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives within the practice.

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals struggling with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. Our clients come from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, providing you with the opportunity to apply culturally responsive methodologies in your practice. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients on their journey towards recovery, enhancing their coping abilities, and fostering their overall mental health and wellness.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate efficiently with psychiatrists to optimize client treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a broad range of clients.

• Demonstrated success in treating mood disorders with measurable positive outcomes, showcasing your expertise within the field.
• Previous experience in community mental health settings and involvement in outreach programs is a plus.
