Position Summary
Ensign College is seeking experienced professionals to join our faculty as Adjunct Instructors in the Technology Account Management program, with a particular emphasis on e-commerce. We are looking for industry leaders who can prepare students to build relationships with clients, drive business growth, and manage technology solutions in today's rapidly evolving digital marketplace.
Successful candidates will bring practical experience in technology sales, account management, customer success, or e-commerce and will help students develop the skills needed to succeed in client-facing technology careers.
Responsibilities
- Teach in-person undergraduate courses in Technology Account Management.
- Integrate current industry practices, case studies, and real-world applications into classroom instruction.
- Help students develop professional skills in relationship management, technology sales, and customer engagement.
- Provide timely feedback, assess student learning, and maintain accurate course records.
- Foster an engaging, collaborative learning environment that supports student success.
- Communicate regularly with students and department leadership.
- Support the mission and values of Ensign College through professional conduct and student mentorship.

- Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or similar solutions.
- Previous college-level teaching, corporate training, or professional development experience.
- Industry certifications related to sales, CRM, cloud technologies, or e-commerce are a plus.
