• Utilize your education, training, and experience to conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations and formulate independent diagnoses for patients with diverse needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored and patient-centered treatment plans that encompass both immediate and long-term goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques, such as solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing, to foster behavioral change and promote mental wellness.

• Actively coordinate care and treatment with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to each patient's healthcare needs.

• Maintain systematic tracking of treatment responses, including monitoring patient progress through regular follow-ups, either virtually or in person.

• Support medication management by collaborating with medical providers to monitor psychotropic medication adherence, side effects, and overall treatment effectiveness.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will engage with a broad spectrum of clients seeking mental health support, ranging from adolescents to adults. Our diverse clientele may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. The successful candidate will approach each case with sensitivity, understanding, and a commitment to fostering positive therapeutic relationships that enable client growth and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Possession of a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in mental health within the State of New York as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least 1 year of experience working as an independently licensed therapist, demonstrating expertise in providing mental health services.

While not mandatory, previous experience in a community health setting or working with underserved populations is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will enhance your ability to deliver effective services in this remote setting.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with opportunities for annual incentive bonuses.
