Maintenance Technician

Location: Savannah, GA - On-site | Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in delivering a top-notch resident experience. Your work directly impacts how our communities look, feel, and function every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing outstanding customer service to residents and teammates
  • Handling day-to-day maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Responding quickly and professionally to service requests
  • Ensuring apartments are safe, functional, and move-in ready
  • Working with vendors on specialized projects like landscaping and asphalt repairs
  • Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas safe and organized

What We’re Looking For

  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills
  • 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
  • Certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) are a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
