Job Overview
As a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Screening Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting holiday hiring by managing candidates through early stages of the hiring process in a fast-paced, centralized environment. You will review applications, conduct initial candidate screenings, and help move qualified talent forward while delivering a consistent, welcoming experience rooted in genuine hospitality.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and team members, you will help ensure candidates are efficiently evaluated and progressed through the hiring journey with accuracy, care, and professionalism.
Potential to work on a hybrid basis based on performance after introductory period. The work schedule includes days, mid-shifts, and weekends.

Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
  • This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.

  • Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level.

  • Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.
