Responsibilities

  • Own and run the quarterly AI Security roadmap, including intake, prioritization, governance, publication, and execution tracking.

  • Lead roadmap governance forums and facilitate priority planning sessions with security sub-tower leaders and key partners.

  • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status updates for the Deputy CSO and senior leadership teams.

  • Lead cross-functional dependencies, program risks, and issue resolution across multiple security organizations.

  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships across Security Operations, GRC, Third-Party Risk, Security Awareness, and Security Architecture teams.

  • Design, implement, and monitor program performance metrics, including roadmap health, delivery velocity, partner engagement, and business outcomes.

  • Establish and optimize operating rhythms, including planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement processes while using AI-enabled solutions to improve program effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management experience, including 3+ years in a Senior, Lead, or Staff-level program management role.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving multiple business units, partners, and dependencies.

  • Proven ability to develop and handle program roadmaps, OKRs, risk registers, dependency tracking, and quarterly planning processes.

  • Experience presenting program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive-level audiences, including VP, CSO, or equivalent leadership levels.

  • Strong partner management skills with a track record of influencing outcomes and resolving contending priorities across organizations.

  • Experience developing executive dashboards, performance metrics, and governance frameworks to drive program transparency and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity functions such as Security Operations, Security Engineering, Governance Risk & Compliance, or Security Architecture.

  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning product development lifecycles, delivery methodologies, and governance frameworks.

  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives involving multiple teams, shared services organizations, and distributed collaborators.

  • Prior experience partnering with an AI Center of Excellence, enterprise governance program, or digital transformation office.
