Job description

The Talent Management team works to build a Christ-centered, future-ready workforce that strengthens leaders and aligns employee experiences to the mission of the Church.

As an Intern on the Talent Management team, you will support initiatives that help senior leaders grow, develop, and lead effectively. This may include contributing to organizing and preparing executive-ready materials and helping synthesize data and insights that inform talent decisions. In this role, you will gain exposure in strategic talent work that strengthens leadership capability and supports the long-term development of the organization.

Required:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed (within 12 months) an undergraduate degree
  • Fields such as: human resources, business, organizational behavior, psychology, leadership, or related fields
  • Strong interest in leadership development and talent strategy
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with professionalism and confidentiality

Technical Skills (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with different AI tools
  • Familiarity with survey or assessment tools (e.g., Qualtrics)

  • Help translate Talent Management products into value for HR partners and leaders

  • Organize and summarize insights from multiple data sources
