Job description

Description:

Machinist

If you’re wired to notice patterns, chase root causes, and fine-tune systems until they run exactly right, you’ll feel at home here.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career with hands-on CNC experience who wants to go deeper, build skill, and gain real confidence in a high-precision environment. If you have been on machines and want to push your abilities further, this is where that growth happens.

At Accu-Precision, you will run modern CNC machines, work with advanced software, and hold tight tolerances in a climate-controlled shop. This is a place for people who like solving problems and understanding how things work.

We value disciplined processes, clean setups, and thoughtful execution. We don’t rush. We don’t shortcut. We engineer solutions the right way ...every time.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, programmers, and inspectors who respect the craft and the thinking behind it. You’ll program, set up, and run advanced manufacturing equipment that challenges your technical skill and rewards your attention to detail.

We invest in both people and technology - because strong systems need both.

Our culture is grounded in our values:

  • Self-Improvement
  • Attention to Detail
  • Integrity
  • Teamwork
  • Communication
  • Success

We support growth, encourage curiosity, and value ideas from the people closest to the work. Add year-round team events, collaborative coworkers, and leadership that listens, and you’ll find more than a job - you’ll find a place to build mastery.

If you’re ready to apply your technical mindset to work that truly matters - we’d love to meet you.

Compensation: $22.00-$34.00/hr
