We offer the stability of a Fortune 500 leader with the fast-paced spirit of a start-up. We are looking for a Machine Operator who thrives on performance and precision.

Starting Pay: $20.50/hr

Shift: 9:30pm-6am, Saturday - Wednesday

Your Role

As a Technical Pilot of our label machines, you will ensure high-quality production to meet critical retail deadlines. You won't just push buttons; you will "own" your equipment, troubleshoot issues, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate & Troubleshoot: Set up and run label machines efficiently while maintaining a "zero-defect" mindset.

  • Resource Management: Minimize waste and maintain an accurate log of raw materials using our ERP system.

  • Maintenance: Responsible for the upkeep of all dies and reporting technical issues to the Facility Manager.

  • Safety & Quality: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all SOPs and safety protocols (PPE).

  • Mechanical Aptitude: You have a "root cause" mentality and want to understand how your machine works.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 1–2 years of related experience in a production environment.

  • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.

  • Strong color vision and manual dexterity
