About the Role:

The Drafter / Machinist plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and programming computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. Candidate will be required to assist engineering, maintenance, and production departments by drafting and manufacturing machined production parts, production fixtures, replacement components on existing machinery, and assisting in the development of production equipment. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience and interest in operating manual lathes and manual mills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers.
  • Basic math skills and simple math equations.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently, on a day-to-day basis.
