You are part of a team of integration engineers to improve processes and methods. Most AGCO machines operate a proprietary software stack, and your primary responsibility is to handle integration tasks within this domain. However, the first machines are now being migrated to AUTOSAR, which means that the integration process will evolve to meet the new requirements and activities. As a result, the integration job will change according to the requirements of the required activities. 

Your Impact 

  • Integration of specific ECU firmwares and combination with machine software compounds  

  • Development of ECU-specific integration code   

  • Configuration and maintenance of the respective ECU and Vehicle build and test pipelines, In the near future usage of Autosar integration tools   

  • Participation in planning meetings on the machine and function level   

  • Cooperation with the validation team if integration issues are identified 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering.  

  • Role as a Software Integration Engineer involves working closely with function development teams to integrate functionalities into vehicle-specific ECU firmware.  

  • Responsibilities include combining software and parameter files into working software packages for validation testing and participating in release planning events to understand upcoming changes and contents.  

  • Part of a team of integration engineers focused on improving processes and methods within AGCO's proprietary software stack.  

  • Integration tasks are evolving as machines migrate to AUTOSAR, requiring adaptation to new requirements and activities in the integration process.

Your Compensation   

This position will be within the range of $72,000 - $147,381, based on experience. This position is eligible for a sales incentive plan and bonus based on 10% of compensation
