Job Responsibilities:

Join our team as a Tool and Die Tech on 2nd or 3rd shift! We are seeking dedicated individuals to maintain a safe and healthful workplace and keeping tooling maintained to produce quality products. Also responsible for assisting with continuous improvement of tooling, housekeeping, helping to make informed decisions, and having tooling ready for production runs.

What we are looking for:
  • High School diploma or GED

  • Post-secondary education preferred in tool and die, or related minimum of two years' experience in tool and die capacity

  • Journeyman Certification is a plus

Preferred qualifications:
  • General knowledge of troubleshooting, materials and methods, machines and tools, and practical application of tooling

  • Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Minimum of two years on-the-job training with heavy industrial manufacturing experience in skilled trade capacity

  • Must be able to provide own tools

  • Must have basic knowledge of drafting (blueprint reading, dimension drawings, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge in automation
