What you will be doing as the Machine Technician:
  • Oversee the operations of tighthead machinery
  • Ensures machines are running at their most efficient level and problem solves when issues arise.
  • Oversee the entire production process, including managing the pack line and its employees
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Repairs, when necessary
  • Manage production lines and their employees
  • Complete required shift paperwork
  • Quality Tests
  • Warehouse Organization
  • Assist with shipping and receiving
What you will need as the Machine Technician:
  • Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience - blow mold experience a plus
  • Problem solving
  • Forklift certification
  • Standing and/or walking for entire scheduled shift (8-12 hours)
  • Moving packed bundles away from staging area
  • Lifting 30lbs
