Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Production Technician opportunities in Lenexa, KS. Responsibilities for a Production Technician include but are not limited to:

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and evaluate machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment to perform root cause analysis and determine technical issues.

  • Disassemble machines to repair or replace broken parts, adjust functional parts of mechanical devices, and clean or lubricate components as part of a preventive maintenance program.

  • Serve as a technical resource to help others resolve complex machinery problems, adapt procedures or tools to meet special layout needs, and inspect completed repairs before returning equipment to production.

Candidates for Production Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the USA, and possess at least 2 years of prior machine maintenance experience (3 years preferred).

  • Strong mechanical and electrical understanding of complex machinery, including knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs.

  • Ability to accurately follow and interpret diagrams, schematics, technical manuals, instructions, and engineering specifications using basic hand and power tools.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
