Machine Shop Helper
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Machine Shop Helper to support daily operations in a busy machine shop. This role involves assisting with machine setup, basic programming support, material handling, and general shop duties.
Responsibilities

  • Assist with machine setup, programming support, and basic editing
  • Operate shop equipment under supervision
  • Handle materials and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
  • Support machinists and technicians as needed
Requirements
  • No background required
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Must be clean-shaven (respirator requirement)
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift as needed
  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
PPE Required
  • Half-face respirator (must be able to be respirator-fit)
