Machine Operator - Join Our Team in Claremore, OK!

Pay: $18+/hr with an additional $2/hr shift differential
Schedule: 2nd shift and Weekend shift (mandatory training on 1st shift for at least two weeks: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role:
We're seeking skilled Machine Operators to perform essential operations in our machine shop. This is an opportunity to work with advanced equipment in a fast-paced environment, contributing to high-quality production while developing your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery such as brake presses, plasma tables, and lasers to drill, tap, and sand materials efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
  • Ensure production meets strict quality and safety standards.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience with Press Brake, Punch Press, Plasma, or Laser equipment.
  • Previous machine shop operations experience is required.
  • Ability to complete mandatory 1st shift training before transitioning to your assigned shift.
