We have a variety of components ranging from a single quantity up to hundreds each month .
Typical tolerances from 0.0005" up to 0.005 "
Must be experienced with ISO documentation and procedures.
Ideal candidate must have experience with Manual CMM ( Mitutoyo with GeoMeasure 3000 software) Brown and Sharpe CNC CMM with PC-Dimos language.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing materials and ensure they meet our high-quality standards. You will inspect randomly selected samples, use our proven methods to inspect them, and approve or reject them based on their quality. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and is committed to our high standards of quality.

  • Approve or reject samples based on quality standards and inspections

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role is preferred
  • Certification in Quality Control is preferred
  • Understanding of quality control standards and testing methods
