Job description

We are currently seeking a QC Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team.

This role is responsible for ensuring product quality through detailed inspection, testing, and documentation in alignment with established engineering and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections to ensure product conformance to specifications
  • Utilize mechanical and electrical inspection tools and test equipment
  • Complete and maintain accurate quality documentation (nonconformance reports, rework tags, etc.)
  • Support compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100/AS9120 quality standards
  • Record and maintain inspection and test data for traceability
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret tolerances (GD&T knowledge a plus)
  • Experience with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
