The Role

This is a player-coach leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operation of our service and repair shop. You'll lead a team of technicians and machinists while helping troubleshoot difficult repairs, reviewing tear-downs, supporting rebuild work, and ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to OEM standards. The shop supports the repair and rebuild of industrial and municipal pumps, rotating equipment, and related components, along with in-house manual machining capabilities. • Annual incentive program
  • Quarterly shop performance incentives
  • Customer-oriented business; emphasis on quality/craftsmanship, reliability, safety, and ethics
