Job Summary:
We are seeking a Shop Operations Manager to join our team at our Omaha, Nebraska location. This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on semi-trucks and heavy equipment. This is a 2nd shift position, typically working the hours of 3:00pm-11:30pm (half hour lunch). Overtime opportunities may be available based on the business needs of the shop.
Shop Operations Manager Duties:
  • Prepares work orders
  • Manages asset maintenance
  • Coordinates shop duties and third-party vendor repairs
  • Assists mechanics with services and repairs
  • Supervises mechanics
  • Provides training and development to mechanics
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Solid computer skills
  • Truck maintenance and mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to perform essential functions of maintenance, service, and repairs on trucks
