Store Manager – Automotive Repair Shop
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $100k - 150k per year + bonus based on gross profit

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our automotive repair shop. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a solid background in service writing, and proven experience managing an auto repair shop. We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of automotive shop management experience preferred.
The right person for this position will understand how to balance customer service, shop productivity, employee management, and financial performance. They will be confident in overseeing daily operations, supporting the team, and helping drive the overall success of the shop.
Responsibilities:

  •  Oversee the daily operations of the automotive repair shop 
  •  Manage and lead employees to maintain productivity, accountability, and efficiency 
  •  Write service tickets, communicate repairs clearly, and provide excellent customer service 
  •  Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience 
  •  Monitor shop workflow and help keep operations running smoothly 
  •  Drive sales and profitability while maintaining strong gross profit performance 
  •  Review estimates, repair orders, and completed work for accuracy and quality 
  •  Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism 
  •  Support hiring, training, coaching, and employee development 
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures 
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing an auto repair shop preferred
  • Previous service writing experience required
  •  Strong knowledge of automotive repair shop operations
