Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Service Supervisor, you'll lead shop operations and ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient service delivery:

  • Supervise and support a team of service technicians
  • Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity and quality goals are met
  • Coach and develop technicians through training, feedback, and performance management
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures
  • Coordinate workflow with service advisors, parts, and management
  • Monitor job progress, timelines, and customer expectations
