Job Description:
The main responsibility of this position is to oversee the manufacturing of products in a safe, high quality, productive and profitable manner. The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction and be able to communicate what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • Friendly, organized and energetic
  • Detail oriented personality that can communicate and work in a team environment.
  • Punctual and reliable with an excellent work ethic.
  • Available full time Monday-Friday.
  • Valid and clean driver's license
  • Trade experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate.
  • This position is physically demanding and fast-paced.
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds and navigate stairs.
  • Experience with CNC machine, edge bander panel saw and other wood working tools.
  • The ability to lead a small team of shop technicians in the manufacturing of closet and other wood components.
  • Computer experience is helpful to be able to email and other online duties.
