Job description

Salary: $18-20/hr

Firematic is a well-established family owned business who has been serving those whoprotect us all for over 50 years.
What you'll be doing:
Busy Truck Shop in need of a Shop Helper/Apprentice who is looking to learn about FireApparatus from our skilled Mechanics while helping with the following:
-Running Parts
-Pick up and Drop off of Trucks
-General shop maintenance (sweeping, taking out trash, changing light bulbs, etc.)
-Assisting mechanics as needed

Requirements:
In order to be successful in this position you must come with a positive attitude andability to work independently and in a team environment while demonstrating safe workhabits
-Basic mechanical knowledge
-Must be a hard worker and dependable
-Valid CDL preferred but not required
