Job description

Position - Set-Up Technician
Location - St. Louis, MO
Company - Manufacturing
Description - This is a great opportunity to join a stable and growing manufacturing company in the area. You will work alongside the production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure daily and weekly goals are being met. You will be responsible for machine set-ups and changeovers. You will also help with some quality checks, as well as staging tooling and other materials for upcoming changeovers. This person will operate a forklift daily for tooling changeovers. You will also use some basic hand tools to ensure tooling changes are completed correctly, while always maintaining a high level of safety.
- Must have 3+ years of experience changing/setting up dies in a metal manufacturing environment
- Must have previous forklift experience and be able to operate a forklift daily
- Must have mechanical aptitude and experience using basic hand tools
- Must have familiarity with quality check processes and tools within metal manufacturing
