Job description

Provide technical support in activities, the design, operation of manufacturing projects. Repair of equipment or machines, in an accurate and efficient manner to avoid production delays where applicable. Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment as directed by the Maintenance Manager.


a) Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to plan the maintenance activities to be performed.

b) Perform work activities applying the safety and hygiene standards for the proper functioning of the equipment and facilities.

c) Perform re-designs of equipment authorized by the Maintenance supervisor in accordance with the provisions of the sanitary design program, equipment manuals and / or quality plan.

d) Carry out the following activities: Automation, pneumatics, electricity, plumbing, painting, when applicable.

e) Control and keep in good condition the tools at your expense. Fill out the break down report, Form SIP F-016, when applicable.

f) Apply SSOP after equipment maintenance.

g) Identify and solve the failure of machinery or equipment.
