Job Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operators are responsible for completing their job duties in a safe and timely manner both for themselves and their co-workers while using proper PPE and a Safety-First attitude.

  • Incumbent is responsible for producing a quality product, meeting all specifications of the Work Order, ensuring customer satisfaction, adhering to our Right the First time Quality Policy.

  • Associate is required to input information into the Machine Center computer and verify for accuracy.

  • Machine Operators will be expected to complete job task within specified time period. This would include setups, changeovers, reel changes and material relocation.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous manufacturing experience, strongly preferred

  • Warehouse and Forklift experience preferred

  • Able to read, write and understand English

  • Proficient in basic math and computer knowledge

  • Strong team player
