Join our dynamic operations team as a Warehouse Associate / Material Handler. This position plays a pivotal role in driving daily warehouse success, primarily concentrating on accurate inbound receiving, with supporting responsibilities in outbound shipping and production logistics. Responsibilities Include

  • Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Execute receiving protocols for incoming freight, verify piece counts against documentation, report discrepancies, and safely load/unload delivery trucks.
  • Material Movement & Staging: Relocate, organize, and stage raw materials, finished goods, and production inputs to support continuous operational schedules.
  • Documentation & Inventory: Accurately process and log receiving, shipping, and inventory tracking paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Production Support: Deliver inputs directly to production lines, assist with head joggling and preparation tasks, and return unused materials to stock.
  • Yard & Site Maintenance: Oversee outdoor material flow-including pallet organization and scrap metal handling-while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
  • General Operations: Perform additional warehouse and material handling tasks as assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 0-2 years in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or food service environments preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
  • Equipment: Forklift experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with standard material handling tools is a strong plus.
  • Core Competencies: Strong basic math, counting, and documentation skills; excellent ability to follow oral and written instructions.
