About the Role


Own and continue to grow a high-potential sales territory for Double E products by building strong customer relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering solutions that help manufacturers improve performance. This role is built for a driven, competitive sales professional who thrives on exceeding goals, solving customer challenges, and turning technical expertise into measurable revenue growth.

Requirements:

What You'll Do

  • Directly responsible for Account and Territory growth for new and existing customers. Identify, support, and engage with strategic accounts.
  • Travel 75% of the time to the customer, on the production floor, or company Head Quarters in West Bridgewater being the boots on the ground person.
  • Work cross functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to support VoC understanding and product market fit.
  • Develop and convert a robust pipeline of prospects across targeted categories. Maintain good data integrity in our CRM and ERP systems.
  • Balance the bridge between competing priorities with R&D and commercial needs.


About You

  • A Mechanical Engineering degree is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in web handling and converting industries.
  • Proven track record selling into OEM's and maintenance/facility leaders.
  • Technical curiosity and basic understanding of mechanical principles such as torque, tension, loading, and deflection.
  • A collaborator with a desire to up level internal sales operations between Repair, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Proven sales performer with “The Hunter” mentality operating with discipline, urgency, and resilience to consistently exceed targets.
  • You lead with curiosity, have a strong mechanical aptitude, are a continuous learner, and have a customer first mindset taking a consultative value-based approach.
