Westaff Hiring Machine Operators & Assemblers for Manufacturer in Farmington, CT!


Pay: depending on experience

Shift: 1st, 2nd shifts available, 6am-2:30pm OR 2:30-11pm (Mon-Fri)


The Responsibilities for Machine Operators & Assemblers are:

  • Set-up, adjust & operate metal stamping machines
  • Perform metal parts assembly work at various stations within the facility
  • Using hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products
  • Make minor repairs & adjustments to machine tools & equipment as required to support production demands.


The Requirements for Machine Operator & Assemblers are:

  • High School, Trade School graduate or demonstrated equivalent skills
  • Previous general machine operating experience - 2 to 3 years
  • Ability to read-understand blue prints as needed for production manufacturing
  • Longevity in prior positions
