Machine Operator

Ready to build a career in an industry that never stops mattering? We're hiring Production Operators to help manufacture medicine that keeps people healthy — and we reward mechanical curiosity, reliability, and growth from day one.


Pay: $17.50/hour + $1.50/hour for 2nd shift differential

$0.50/hr raise for every machine you learn with quality as fast as possible

Location: Centerbrook & Clinton, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Available Shifts

  • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:50 PM – 12:20 AM
