Machine Operator | Evaluation Hire

Pay: $17.50/hour + $1.50/hour for 2nd shift differential

Location: Centerbrook & Clinton, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Available Shifts

  • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:50 PM – 12:20 AM


Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting production standards.


Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor assigned production machinery.
  • Follow established operating and safety procedures.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Load materials and make basic machine adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Monitor equipment for proper operation and report issues to a supervisor or maintenance team.
