Job Description:

The Machine Operator III is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining various machining equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role requires working in a sterile cleanroom (CEA environment) and operating within a cell-based production setup while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate light-duty machine tools such as lathes, mills, drills, punch presses, shears, and saws
• Set up machines and make necessary adjustments for production
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Work in sterile cleanroom environments following gowning procedures
• Operate within cell-based manufacturing environments (COS cells)
• Inspect and measure products using gauges, jigs, and fixtures
• Ensure adherence to close tolerances and quality standards
• Monitor production quality using statistical process control methods
• Report machine malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting
• Support production, packaging, inventory, and distribution activities as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of machine operation experience
• Experience working with machining tools and equipment
