As our 1st Shift Machine Operator, you will safely operate and oversee production equipment while ensuring products meet quality expectations. You will configure and run machinery, load materials, monitor performance, inspect finished products, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently. You will troubleshoot issues when they arise, communicate with supervisors and teammates to keep production on track, document concerns as needed, and help ensure deadlines are consistently met through your attention to detail and commitment to safety.

  • 2+ years prior machine operating experience
  • Basic computer skills (operating system, email, etc.)
