Job Description:

Responsible for startup, shut down and operation of an assembly machine.  This includes input of parameters, loading machine with parts, unloading product and changeovers.

  • Must be able to meet production, quality and safety standards.

  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and share ideas for continuous improvement.

  • Quickly identify and report any machine issues or product defects.

  • Excellent reliability required: excellent attendance and punctuality.

  • Must be able to communicate in a timely and effective manner and work well with others as well as independently.

  • Must be able to stand for duration of shift and able to lift up to 25lbs.

  • HSD or GED required.

Work Schedules:

Full time,  7am-7pm or 7pm-7am,

12 hour set rotating shift; every other weekend. 

Weekly work rotation schedule:

Week 1:  Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2:  Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Company is on New Haven and Bridgeport bus lines.


Pay Details: $18.25 to $18.50 per hour
