About the Role
As a Machine Operator – Level 1, you’ll play a hands-on role in our manufacturing team, operating machinery to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate machinery to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Inspect products for accuracy and report quality issues.
  • Operate CNC sanding machinery safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload materials onto the machine
  • Monitor output, track production data, and keep machines running smoothly.
  • Assist with setups, changeovers, and routine maintenance.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Work closely with your team to meet deadlines and improve processes.
