Job description

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information
  • Check production status within and in between each production sequence and taking action in case of deviations
  • Perform operations while controlling machine/production processes and follow documented procedures and processes
  • Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects and discard defective parts and follow proper protocol
  • Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines
  • Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Your Qualifications
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions write clear communication in English
  • Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment
  • Good visual acuity
  • Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience of operating machines in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
