Portage, IN | $18.00–$19.00/hr | Full-Time | 2nd & 3rd Shift

Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring Full-Time Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Portage, IN. This is a great opportunity for dependable workers looking for weekly pay, steady hours, and long-term employment.

Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Shifts: 2nd & 3rd

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate and monitor production and packaging machines

  • Perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting

  • Complete daily paperwork and production documentation

  • Perform routine machine cleaning and inspections

  • Maintain quality, safety, and production standards

What We’re Looking For:
