JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates machines similar to punch press, CNC, lathe, laser, saw
Completes equipment/product set-ups
Sets up and runs various auxiliary equipment as required
Analyze product attributes and determine process adjustments necessary to bring product to spec
Participate in quality improvement process of machine operations
Participate in planning of work to meet predetermined deadlines
Operate manual bending machine
Complete equipment/product set-ups
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Obtain materials from production line
Insert metal parts inside machine repeatedly throughout shift
Maintain clean and safe work area
Ability to lift 50 pounds
PRODUCT QUALITY:
Responsible for the proper manufacture of the product specified
Records the product attribute data as required
Involved in the continuing process to improve product and process quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Manufacturing experience required and mechanical aptitude required
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to write or print clearly and record product data as required
Measure product attributes as required by product specifications
Responsible for the proper manufacture of the product specified
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to follow direction both verbal and written
