Shift/Hours: 
Training - Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm (4-6 weeks in training)
Regular Days - 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, Rotating shifts
Pay Rate: $17/hour 
Location: Marietta, GA 30062
Experience: 2+ years of Manufacturing Machine Operator experience.

**Must pass client mechanical assessment prior to being considered**

Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient operation of production equipment. This includes machine setup, monitoring, product verification, roll inspection, and accurate documentation.
Machine Operator Job Duties:

  • Ensure each machine is running efficiently and producing quality products.
  • Maintain proper machine alignment for consistent material feed.
  • Move finished orders with pallet jack to the packaging staging area.
  • Measure and make adjusts to customer specs.
  • Read work orders and monitor machines.
  • Accurately update work orders and complete all shift paperwork.
  • Provide QC samples for approval.


Machine Operator Skills:

  • Basic math skills for measurements and calibrations.
