Job description

Machine Operator/Assembler– 1st Shift

We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, thrive in a team-oriented setting, and can consistently meet production goals. These positions are more aligned with fast-paced assembly work utilizing spot welding equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a production environment that requires repetitive motion, standing for extended periods, and maintaining pace with production demands.

This position operates on 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with overtime available on Fridays from 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform basic machine adjustments as needed
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and defects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
