We are currently seeking reliable and detail-orientedMachine Operatorsto join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment used in the manufacturing of high-quality micro-prism films. Successful candidates will ensure efficient production processes, maintain product quality standards, and support continuous manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce micro-prism films according to specifications.
  • Load, unload, and manage raw materials and finished products throughout the production process.
  • Monitor machine performance and make operating adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and product quality.
  • Perform routine quality inspections and document production data to ensure compliance with established standards.
