This is a temp-to-hire position offering consistent full-time hours and the potential for permanent employment. As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating and monitoring stamping presses to produce metal parts that meet established quality, safety, and production standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining efficient production processes.

Machine Operator Job Duties:
  • Operate stamping press machines according to production specifications
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Load and unload raw materials into machines
  • Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Schedule:
  • 1st shift: Monday-Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm 
  • 2nd shift: Monday-Friday: 3:00pm-11:30pm 
  • 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday: 11:00pm-7:30am 

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (depending on shift) 

Machine Operator Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of machine operator experience
