Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00am-3:30pm)
Openings: 4 Positions Available

Job Overview

We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. These positions are ideal for candidates with experience working in a manufacturing environment who are comfortable operating production equipment and maintaining quality standards.

We have four openings available:

  • 2 Machine Operators – Inspection Focus: Candidates must have experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to inspect parts and verify they meet specifications.
  • 2 Machine Operators – Production Focus: Candidates should have prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment but will not be responsible for inspection duties.

These positions are a great fit for individuals who have experience beyond a Production Associate role but are not required to have CNC machining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow work instructions and production schedules.
  • Perform quality checks and maintain production standards.
  • For inspection-focused roles, use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to verify part dimensions and quality.
  • Identify and report equipment or quality issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
