About the job Heavy Forklift Operator
Position: Heavy Forklift Operator
Venture Dynamics is currently seeking skilled and experienced Heavy Forklift Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both extended boom lifts and heavy forklifts in a fast-paced Marine/Industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate extended boom lifts and heavy forklifts to move materials and products throughout the facility
  • Load and unload trucks, containers, and other vehicles using the forklift
  • Ensure all materials are handled and stored safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and materials movement
  • Inspect and maintain the forklift and other equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating the forklift
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material movement and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including general labor and inventory management

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating extended boom lifts and heavy forklifts
  • Valid forklift operator certification
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
