Job description

Darigold's Boise plant is hiring for an Aseptic Loadout Operator to help deliver high-quality dairy products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll operate equipment, support production and warehouse operations, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. Schedule: Thursday-Saturday from 6:00pm-6:30am and Wednesdays from 12:00am-6:00am
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)
• Palletizing of cases of milk; hand stacking of product as required.
• Pulls packaging materials for use.
• Safely operates palletizer and shrink wrap machine.
• Safely operates a forklift and powered pallet jack; loads product for transfer to Market Street Warehouse.
• Ensure the robot always runs efficiency.
• Works in close collaboration with filler operators and caser operators.
• Printing and validating batch packets; BOL's; operates scan guns; trailer inspection forms via Safety Chain; and verifies that data and documentation are accurate.
• Check product to insure correct code date and label identification.
• Keep supervisor and maintenance informed of any mechanical issues.
• Responsible for maintaining and assisting in minimizing losses of packaging materials and other materials used in this job function.
• Inspect the equipment prior to setting up for production, during production and report possible mechanical deficiencies.
• Must be able to complete all documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ability to work with required sanitation chemicals.
• Ability to utilize professional methods of communication within the Culture department to create a positive environment.
• Completes PMs and other environmental tasks as assigned.
• Follows all procedures in the cleanup process including GMP's.
• Follow and comply with Safety and quality assurance practices.
• Supports coworkers running other culture machines as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by leads/supervisors/managers.
Required Qualifications:
• Ability to frequently lift 55 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to follow all clean up procedures.
• A self-motivator with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others and management.
• Proven ability to maintain professionalism, while managing multiple competing tasks in a high volume, fast paced, time sensitive environment.
• High level of organizational skills.
• Excellent attendance and work performance.
• Understanding and adherence to all GMP's.
• Ability to work on days off and overtime when necessary.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to conduct business in a manner consistent with Darigold mission, values, policies, and Code of Conduct.
Education, Experience, and Certifications
• Food background preferred, specifically dairy
• Experience in a variety of manufacturing areas, within consumer products preferred
