We are currently seeking talented individuals for both our Machine Operator I and Machine Operator II tiers. Candidates will be evaluated and placed based on their experience level, technical skill set, and operational mastery.
Position: Machine Operator I
Wage Range: $18.00 - $19.00 / hour
Summary & Objective: Use machinery to shape, shear, and manipulate metal into desired output, ensuring adherence to rigorous engineering standards.
Essential Functions:
  • Operate assigned machines (roll formers, polishing lathes, pneumatic presses, and vices) following strict work instructions.
  • Inspect processed material within specified tolerances.
  • Use hand tools and calipers to accurately measure product dimensions.
  • Track and systematically log job operations.
  • Maintain and ensure controlled material custody and tracking.

Education & Experience:
  • Required: Basic math skills.
  • Preferred: Previous manufacturing experience; familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards.

Work Environment: Well-lit and clean shop environment with a moderate noise level. Position involves direct contact with various metal materials and occasional chemical exposure (such as Acetone) during part cleaning.
Work Authorization & Clearance:
