Job description

T3L USA located in Arlington Heights, IL is looking to add Machine Operators to their growing team. We have been manufacturing, distributing innovative products of high quality for more than 70 years.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $21.50/hr
  • $19.50 for first 60-day probationary period, base salary will increase to $21.50.
  • 2nd Shift with Premium Pay (+$3/hr.)

  • 12 days of PTO and 7 paid holidays
  • Company Paid Lunch on Thursday’s

Available shifts: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure production requirements are met by coordinating your activities around the production schedule as directed by the Production Manager.
  • Communicate immediately to Production Manager any circumstances which may affect quality or are considered questionable and unsafe
  • Ensure equipment is functioning properly and, assist, as needed, maintenance personnel in performing repairs and adjustments.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, and instructions.
  • Flexibility with schedule based on work demands and equipment availability
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • To be successful in this role you must be willing to be a hands-on operator
  • Some experience in a manufacturing or process type environment would be a plus
  • Company is willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a willingness to learn and work smart
  • Ability to lift upwards of 40 lbs. and ability to stand for extended periods of time
