HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MACHINE OPERATOR IN WOODRIDGE, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our team in Woodridge, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for maintaining machine workflow to meet due dates for the assigned machine.The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., must have a minimum of 1-year prior experience as a machine operator, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $18/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Nights, 6pm-6am
  • Located in Woodridge, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Start up equipment at the start of shift.
  • Operates machinery to keep up with scheduled workload.
  • Enters accurate information into Prism system.
  • Enters accurate information into QuickBase system.
  • Reads job tickets, verifying job and form number match proof before loading machine.
  • Monitors quality outputs.
  • Completes paperwork recording counts.
  • Follows the 6S principals.
  • Assists technical support group team members with resolving machine issues.
  • Consults with the Lead or Supervisor regarding machine capability or maintenance related issues.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves any minor run problems that may occur.
  • Remakes any product that does not pass quality standards.
  • Maintains security for user data during processing.
  • Takes on positive leadership (non-management role) regarding all company policies, regulations, guidelines, and behavior.
  • May be required in assisting in training new operators.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must have a minimum of 1-year prior experience as a machine operator
  • Must have the ability to read and write instructions and correspondence.
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Must be able to maintain good attendance.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods.
  • Must be reliable and dependable.
  • Must be committed to maintaining a safe work environment, identify hazards, familiarize with safety rules, and/or have the ability to work safely with specific tools or materials.
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation
