What You’ll Own
  • Set up and run CNC lathes and mills to machine bar stock to spec, including I.D./O.D. turning, facing, chamfering, grooving, and drilling.
  • Select, install, and adjust arbors, fixtures, inserts, speeds/feeds, and tooling to meet print requirements.
  • Produce and verify first-piece parts; document and secure set-up approval.
  • Load parts, run cycles, and perform in-process checks at prescribed intervals; adjust offsets to hold tolerances.
  • Maintain equipment health (fluid levels, basic care) and surface-grind/re-sharpen arbor teeth as needed.
Shifts & Schedules
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m. (afternoon opportunities available)
Must-Haves
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prefer 1 year in CNC manufacturing; set-up experience preferred.
  • Comfort with Hardinge lathes and platforms like HAAS, Mazak, Ganesh, Doosan is a plus.
  • Experience with gages and micrometers; able to interpret blueprints.
